BPCM the flagship product of the research activities at KAPS has been developed using innovative concepts and merging academics and industry. This product has taken over 2 years in development and a team of Soft Skills Trainers, Behavioral Trainers, Psychologists, Psychoanalysts, Psychiatrists, and Industry Specialists. The research inputs were then superimposed on the existing training to give a more holistic approach to the modules. The product BPCM apart from many other functions is also a key tool in determining the training need analysis. This first of its kind tool takes the “undesired traits” into consideration and measures the compatibility of any individual to the ideal job profile.

Other products of the research team include, indigenous EQ, PP, and other evaluations.
